Terms of service
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms cover your use of AI Growth Manager. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who you are contracting with
AI Growth Manager (“the service”, “we”) is operated from the United Arab Emirates and reachable at support@aigrowthmanager.com. Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
2. What the service does
The service audits websites, app-store listings and repositories you own or are authorised to analyse, and reports findings from measurements it collects. Every figure it shows comes from a named source. Where a source is unavailable, it says so instead of estimating.
Findings, scores and recommendations are analysis, not a guarantee of ranking, traffic or revenue. Decisions you take from them are yours.
3. Your account
You must give an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace. Confirm your email before running audits — audits consume paid third-party capacity, so we require a working address.
4. Acceptable use
Audit only sites, listings and repositories you own or have permission to analyse. Do not use the service to scan third-party systems without authorisation, to circumvent access controls, to overload any site, or to break the law. We rate-limit crawling and refuse private, internal and non-public targets by design; attempting to defeat those limits ends the agreement.
The auto-fix snippet applies only changes you approve, to sites you control. Do not install it on a site you do not control.
5. Plans, trials and payment
Plans are Starter ($9/month), Pro ($49/month) and Business ($99/month), billed monthly in USD. Prices exclude sales tax and VAT, which Paddle adds at checkout based on your country. Every account starts with a 14-day Starter trial that requires no card.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you have paid for. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the refunds and cancellation policy.
If a renewal payment fails we keep your access for a short retry window, then stop new audits while leaving your data readable.
6. Your data and ours
Your projects, audits, evidence and reports belong to you. We process them to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. Credentials you connect are encrypted at rest and never shown back, exported or included in reports. The software, interface and methodology are ours.
7. Availability and third parties
The service depends on third parties — Google Search Console, Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, DataForSEO, GitHub, app stores. When one is unavailable, the affected data is reported as unavailable rather than guessed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we schedule work to minimise disruption.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, traffic or rankings. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, abuses the crawler, or fails to pay — and we will tell you why. On termination you may export your data; ask us at support@aigrowthmanager.com if you need help doing so.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to workspace owners at least 14 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after that date accepts the change.
