- What happens when the free trial ends?
- Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. The workspace becomes read-only for new audits: every project, finding, report and measurement you already have stays readable and exportable. Choose a plan whenever you want to run audits again.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The 14-day Starter trial asks for an email address and nothing else.
- What happens if I upgrade mid-month?
- The upgrade applies immediately and you are charged only the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
- And if I downgrade?
- It takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep everything you have already paid for. You are never charged for a downgrade.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, yourself, from the billing portal. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy — the first payment on a plan is refundable for 14 days, no justification needed.
- Is tax included in these prices?
- No. Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax or VAT. Paddle, our merchant of record, adds whatever your country requires at checkout and issues the receipt or tax invoice.
